Miss Universe Malaysia

Miss Universe Malaysia is Malaysia’s official preliminary pageant to the Miss UUniverse international pageant. Each year, one winner is chosen to represent Malaysia at the Miss Universe Pageant. They also receive the opportunity to represent the Miss Universe Organization throughout their home states for the duration of their reign as well as a prize package selected by the Miss Universe Malaysia directors.

All contestants for Miss Universe Malaysia must participate in four areas of competition: private panel interview with the judges, swimsuit, evening gown and onstage question. Women who live in Malaysia and who are older than 17 years of age and younger than 28 years of age are eligible to compete in Miss Universe Malaysia. Additionally, contestants must never have been married or given birth to a child.
