About Miss Ethiopia USA

The Miss Ethiopian USA Pageant, founded in 2014, is an organization dedicated to promote the rich Ethiopian culture and heritage as well as build positive environment within Ethiopian-American communities in USA and all over the world. The miss Ethiopia USA Pageant is bringing Ethiopians together to network, supporting the business community, empowering the young girls by providing scholarships and mentoring programs, primarily using the Beauty pageant, other activities and cultural events as a vehicle.

Miss Ethiopia USA Pageant is an empowerment program for young girls in the United States. The program works on building self-esteem, fostering leadership skills and community service as a good will ambassador to impact nations. The pageant showcases Ethiopian culture through talent, fashion, public speaking and projects positive influences on the youth.

Miss Ethiopia USA Pageant each year brings young women together to represent their countries and share their cultures & talent with the rest of the world, celebrate the power of the Ethiopian woman and foster sisterhood. The Pageant helps the delegates to achieve the following: Build self-esteem and confidence in young Ethiopian women growing up in diverse culture Build Leadership skills

Enhance skills in community development and empowerment through humanitarian service
Be the voice of the voiceless and share issues of concern
Project a positive image of Ethiopia to the rest of the world specially in USA
Bridge the gap between Ethiopia and the United States through gestures of goodwill between the two continents.
