Jessica M. Holcomb is a native of Boiling Springs, SC and is a 2010 graduate of Wofford College where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and a certificate in African-American Studies. She is a January 2018 graduate of PHADA and Rutger's Univerity Executive Director Education Certification Program. Ms. Holcomb has been employed with the Spartanburg Housing Authority for the past eight years and serves as the Deputy Director of Asset Management and Special Projects for the organization. Some of her responsibilities include, Information Technology, RAD/Special Initiatives, Asset Management, and Compliance. Ms. Holcomb is an active member of the Epsilon Beta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. where she serves as Fundraising Chair and Corresponding Secretary. In addition, she is a member of Monks Grove Baptist Church, Chair of the United Way of the Piedmont's (UWP) Young Leaders Society, Board Member of the UWP Education Allocations Committee, Board Member of the Wofford College Black Alumni Association, Spartanburg Southside Lion's Club, graduate of Leadership Spartanburg , graduate of Grassroots Leadership Development Institute, graduate of Spartanburg County Citizens Academy, and Secretary of the Urban League of the Upstate's Housing Board. She serves as an interview coach for several contestants in the Miss Ohio, Miss North Carolina, and Miss South Carolina MAO circuits and is an approved pageant judge for the MAO. In her spare time she enjoys traveling extensively, reading, decorating, and all things pageantry!.
