Fitness Black Black is simple, slimming and classic. It's hard to go wrong with a black fitness wear outfit! Some competitions even require contestants to wear black fitness wear outfits to keep the playing field fair. However, when wearing black, be sure you have on a top that shows your stomach. If you wear a black shirt and black bottoms together without a color in between, it could look like a misplaced one-piece.

Youthful colors Opt for a youthful approach by gearing your outfit toward youthful and light choices. The fun colors and designs will bring life to the area of competition that demands it most. Liven up your walk and attitude with fun colors and patterns that bring out your confidence and bubbly attitude. The judges won't be able to help but smile when looking at your youthful and happy look.

Swimsuit Pink Pink, the feminine classic, is just as perfect for Miss contestants as it is for glitz contestants. However, choose a more mature and muted pink than the glitz contestants who should aim for brighter pinks. A mature and muted pink will bring out your tan and be a lovely touch that will allow you to show off all your hard work without stealing the stage from you.

Prints Prints, as long as they are mature and appropriate for the event, can be a great spin on the swimsuit portion of the competition. An animal or striped print is a great choice to rock down the pageant runway if you feel either of those prints fit your personality. Swimsuit prints are a fun and effective way to portray who you are to the judges in the short time that you are on stage.

One-piece Be like Miss USA 2017 Kara McCullough and rock a one-piece for the swimsuit competition. One-pieces are rare to see in pageantry because contestants usually want to show off their stomachs they have worked so hard for, but one-pieces can be a fun way to stand out from the crowd. One-pieces also usually feature more creative designs because they have more to work with.
