10. World's Miss Tourism Pageant
The mission of the World's Miss Tourism Pageants is to help delegates gain confidence and poise through community outreach, appearances and public events. The organization thrives on providing a personal growth that participants can take with them throughout life.

9. Miss Teen International
Miss Teen International
is a pageant for girls ages 13 to 18. According to the website, the pageant is designed to give each contestant the opportunity to learn more about customs and family life in other countries as well as the chance to share her beliefs and make plenty of new friends.

8. Miss Teen United States
According to the organization, the primary goal of Miss Teen United States is to provide a life-changing experience for young, vibrant women across the country. It strives to empower young women to become participants in their communities while nurturing and promoting causes meaningful to them.
This pageant is for young women ages 16 to 19, and they compete in interview, swimsuit, evening wear and on-stage question.

7. America’s Perfect Teen
In this pageant, contestants compete in Wow wear, summer fashion, swimsuit and evening wear. The organization states that it wishes to provide an outlet for young ladies to compete and thrive in a competitive venue based on her ability to articulate her thoughts, stage presence, style and overall beauty.

6. National American Miss
National American Miss
is the number one program in America for “Growing Confidence” in young women. The participants in this pageant are judged on formal wear, personal introduction, interview and the community service project.
National American Miss awards $1 million dollars in cash scholarships and prizes annually. This organization is dedicated to celebrating America’s greatness and encouraging its future leaders.

5. America’s National Teenager
Founded in 1970, America's National Teenager is the longest running premier pageant for teens. The organization awards nearly $5 million annually, awarding almost $100,000 at each state pageant.
The pageant’s mission is to promote strong scholastic ideals, solid leadership principles and high character growth to young women.

4. Miss Teen of America
The mission of Miss Teen of America is to encourage and motivate young women to reach their full potential through recognition of scholastic record, service and achievement to school and community, personal development, general awareness, personality projection and communication skills.

3. Miss High School America
Miss High School America
has a goal of providing personal and professional opportunities for high school girls. Young women in grades 9 to 12 are able to compete, and the winner receives a $10,000 scholarship.
The contestants compete in a five-minute interview, fun fashion and evening wear. The final five contestants compete in on-stage question.

2. Miss America’s Outstanding Teen
Miss America's Outstanding Teen is a sister program to Miss America that was founded in 2005. Its mission is to encourage and reward the talent, communication skills, community service and academic achievement of girls between the 13 and 17 years of age.
The organization makes over $33 million available in cash and in-kind scholarships available annually.

1. Miss Teen USA
Miss Teen USA
is a pageant run by the Miss Universe Organization. It is for young women between the ages of 14 and 19. Previously, contestants competed in interview, evening wear and swimwear. This past year, however, the swimwear phase of the competition was replaced by active wear.
