Miss Utah 2017 Evening Gown
JessiKate Riley shined on the Miss America stage in this beautiful Jovani gown!
JessiKate chose a ruby red gown to compete for the title of Miss America in. This shade of red complements her fair skin beautifully and looks great against her dark hair. Not only does this color look great on JessiKate, but it also stands out wonderfully against the stage. She really pops in this color!

The silhouette of this gown is so unique! It features a strap going across one shoulder, a banded waist, a high slit and a keyhole cutout. There is also a ton of texture added by the fabric right above the slit.
The one-shoulder strap, keyhole cutout and high slit add the perfect amount of sex appeal to this gown. The ruffles above the slit ensure that this gown isn't too sexy but is rather fun and flirty! The banded fabric on her waistline highlights her tiny waist and shows off her natural curves.
JessiKate kept her hair and makeup on the simple side for this look, which was very smart because of how eye-catching this gown is! Her red lip complements her gown perfectly while still remaining subtle. I like that she parted her hair on the side that included her strap in order to play into the asymmetry of this gown. Finally, the large silver earrings add a nice amount of bling to JessiKate's overall look and help bring focus upward toward her facial beauty.
