With Haley's dark brown hair and lightly bronzed skin tone, white is a GREAT option for her. The color makes her pop on stage and is perfect for the black stage backdrop.
I really love how the stark white top of the gown is nicely accented with the off-white lace skirt. This slight color change adds a sense of dimensionality to the evening gown while still keeping the focus on what matters most: the girl wearing the gown.
This gown fits Haley's figure to a T!
The gorgeously detailed waist line hits her at the smallest part of the waist, which allows for her lower torso to be elongated to the max while not cutting off her upper torso. I love how the off-shoulder straps match the beading found throughout the waist of the gown. This allows for the look to possess that continuous flow of continuity from top to bottom!
The neckline of the gown is quite unique in that it is not a true sweetheart nor is it a full deep V. The perfect balance of the two gives this gown just enough maturity for her age and division!

Both Haley's hair and makeup are done very nicely to perfectly enhance as well as accent the evening gown's overall look. Her volumized curls draped mostly behind her shoulders allows for the judges to get a great look at the off-shoulder detailing of the dress as well as Haley's well toned arms and shoulders.
It is hard to see in this photo, but in others it is clear how well the earrings match the previously mentioned beaded detailing found throughout both the waist of the gown as well as the straps!
I think it can go without saying that this gown is an obvious HIT! Great choice, Haley, and congratulations of the new title.
